The on-line rowing liability waiver MUST be completed for each rower by March 20 in order to compete in any regattas.  Failure to complete the waiver will make you totally ineligible for regatta participation.  There can be NO exceptions, and NO refunds will be issued for failure to complete the waiver.  If you’re going to be gone during spring break, please take care of this task now!

The on-line process is quick and easy.  Detailed step-by-step instructions are below.  If you have any problems with completing your waiver, please notify me immediately.  It is extremely important to get the affiliation and coach representative info entered properly – this info is needed so we and the regatta officials can confirm that you’ve done your waiver.

WAIVER COMPLETION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Go to www.RowingWaivers.com

• Click “Sign My Waiver” box

• Click appropriate “adult” or “minor” box

• Fill out all the personal info requested. 

• For “Affiliation” scroll down to “C. D. Hylton High School”

• Below the yellow box enter the following email address for your “coach or team representative”–crewcoach@peoplepc.com

• Hit “Continue”

• Read and then check the “I have read this agreement…” box at the bottom of the next page, then hit “Continue” and you’re done!
