Spring 2008 Hylton Crew

The Hylton Crew Boosters extend a warm "Welcome" to all the novice and experienced rowers in the "Hylton Crew Family."

Both men’s and women’s teams will practice on-the-water 4:00-6:00, Mon-Fri, beginning Feb 25.

How Do I Register for Spring Crew?

Rowers can NOT participate in the Hylton Crew Team Spring Season until all required documents and fees are turned in.

You can download most Registration documents from hyltoncrew.org.  Pick up non- downloadable forms from Mrs. Boynton in Room 161 or at Registration Night on Jan 30.

Please attach all documents together – in an envelope, stapled or paper clipped – this helps us avoid mixing up or losing documents during the registration process.

Please do not give registration packets to coaches!

PREFERRED TURN-IN: Turn packets in to Mrs. Boynton in Room 161.

OTHER OPTIONS:

  1. Turn packets in to the main office in an envelope marked “Crew Boosters.”
  2. Deliver or mail packets to: Ginny Fichten, 6859 Sigfield Ct, Manassas, VA 20112

What Forms Do I Need?

First, download the Registration Cover Sheet, then select the proper category below and download the appropriate forms.

If you did Winter Training (whether you did Fall Crew or not), turn in the following:
If you did Fall Crew – but NOT Winter Training, turn in the following:
If you DID NOT do Fall Crew OR Winter Training this year, turn in the following:
  • Hylton Spring Crew 2008 Registration Form
  • Spring 2008 Participation Contract
  • Hylton Crew Boosters 07-08 Insurance Release Form
  • 1 copy -- PWC Schools blue "Emergency Permission" card  (not downloadable)
  • Extracurricular Activity Form (not downloadable)
  • Full Spring Season fee of $350 (checks payable to "Hylton Crew Boosters")
  • Copy of completed High School Sports Physical Form dated after May 1, 2007
    (keep your original!!)   (We MUST have all 4 pages, and all signatures, too!)
    (You MUST use a “new” form with “Revised April 2007” in the upper corner.
    Middle school medical forms and school entry medical forms NOT acceptable!)
  • Completed Swim Test form – only if you've never rowed for Hylton before
